US Government 401k TSP Plan PSDS Scan 12-31-2013

What a difference not having 2008 data in the 5yr portfolio scan makes. The Capital Market Line is positive and everything is rosy. When I have time I will add a 10yr scan to remind everyone that there was a 2008. All things considered this Plan is well above average.
