A Public US Gov 401k Proxy 12-31-2013 PSDS Scan

My grandchildren are always asking about their 401k Plan at work. This proxy portfolio is for them. It is simple like TSP and well above average in 5yr performance.

I did run a 10yr Scan and as you would expect it is a lot lower;  APR = 6.89%, STD = 9.0% and PSR = 0.60 but is still above the 10yr average so far.
