PepsiCo 401k Plan PSDS Scan 12-31-2010

The PepsiCo 401k plan has a New Fund Line Up and now offers 12 core funds plus the existing 9 target date funds. Check plan documents on the web for details. Most of the new funds are from BlackRock and several of the old core funds like RYLPX are still in the plan but not all. FDIVX is now closed to both new contributions and transfers. Company stock PEP helped plan performance a little and the Balanced portfolio invested 1.6% of the portfolio in the stock. The employee portfolio invested 27.5% of that portfolio in the stock. All in all a good plan that improved its Fixed Income offering with the addition of the PIMCO bond fund PTTRX.
