Science Applications Intl. Corp. 401k PSDS Scan 12-31-2014

Effective September 27, 2013 the board of directors approved the separation of SAIC, Inc. into separate, independent, publicly traded companies. As a result the company stock in the 401k Plan no longer has 5yr market data and is not in this PSDS scan.

Also, Vanguard is now the Plan trustee and Vanguard mutual funds are the largest SAIC shareholder. Interesting.
