A.T. Cross (Costa Inc.?) 401k PSDS Scan 12-31-2013

This grand old company has changed owners in recent times and I could not track down the APR data I need for a design scan that included the stock ATX. The SEC 11-k report data include employee holdings in company stock that are not in this scan.
