Exxon Mobile 401k Plan PSDS Scan 12-31-2012

The Exxon Mobile 401k Plan employee portfolio has over 70% of the Plan invested in company stock XOM. This company is the largest Public company over 100 years old and it wil be around a lot longer than I will. However, the stock did not do well the last 5 years and the 5 year Balanced portfolio invested very little in XOM. In this case the 10 year stock perfomance is a better metric for retirement investing in my opinion.
