TERRA (now CF) Industries 401k Final PSDS Scan 12-31-2010

TERRA Industries merged with CF Industries in April 2010 and shareholders received a cash payment of $37.15 per share plus 0.0953 of a share of CF stock. This design scan may be of more use to those near retirement than younger employees. In the scan all of the 12-31-2009 401k holdings of TRA stock were converted to cash and placed in the Wells Fargo Stable Return Fund WFSRF. The three largest holdings of the Balanced portfolio are the bond fund PTTRX, WFSRF and the Wells Fargo Dow Jones Target Today Fund STWRX. I have no information on the CF Industries retirement plan at this time.
