Alcatel-Lucent Savings Plan PSDS Scan 12/31/2008

Alcatel acquired Lucent 11/30/2006 and the Lucent Savings Plan became the Alcatel-Lucent Savings Plan. The SEC 11-k report for 12/31/2008 lists only the investments that represent 5% or more of the plan and that does not include company stock ALU which had a 5yr APR of -29.48%. The plan trustee is Fidelity and I used Fidelity funds and one ETF fund for the "Lucent" SMA funds in the plan. The Balanced portfolio has 77.1% of the plan in the stable value fund FMIP in the scan and the employee portfolio also has the stable value fund as its largest holding at 34.3%.
