Bear Market Performance YTD 6/30/2008

Five year design scans were used to create my IRA portfolio.

So how am I doing in this 2008 Bear market so far? Well I am
down 5.79% and the T.Rowe Price 2010 fund is down 6.48% as of
6/30/2008.

The Bar chart shows that some of my funds like TAVFX are down
a lot more but I still own them and have no plans to sell low.
At the end of 2007 I did rebalance and added RYVFX to get a
bit more diversified. This bear is just one of several I lived
through. In the last 29 years my compounded rate of return
has been 11.6% with a standard deviation of 10.9%. I did not
write PSDS until 2005 and had no stochastic design tools for
the first 20 years. The standard deviation has gotten lower
in the last few years using PSDS.
