Huntington Ingalls Industries 401k PSDS Scan 12-31-2011




Huntington Ingalls Industries of Newport News, VA was a spin-off from Northrop Grumman in March of 2011. The 401k plans of both use State Street as trustee and have their assets in the same DC Master Trust. At least that's the way I read the SEC 11-k report for the Huntington Ingalls 401k Plan.
