Genentech 401k Plan PSDS Scan 12/31/2008

This company was bought by Roche 3/26/2009 for $95/share. The scan is based on the last SEC 11-k form I could find. The Balanced portfolio has most of the plan in a Fidelity stable value fund FMIP in the scan. The employees owned 1.1 million shares of company stock DNA in the plan and I put that money in a Fidelity money market fund in the scan.
