This is not a 100 yr old company and it illustrates a 401k Plan for a good company with a poorly performing stock the last 5 years. The Employee portfolio 5yr performance is not too bad.
The above graphic is mis-labeled, the "Uniform" portfolio is the Employee portfolio.
