Not a lot has changed from last year. The Lifecycle funds now have 5yr data and two of them are in the Balanced portfolio but it is still dominated by the stable value fund FUNDG and the fixed income fund FUNDF. The plan could use a few equity funds with positive 5yr returns and positive 5yr Sharpe ratios.
