This a small plan without a stable value fund. The Balanced portfolio has all the money in a Fidelity money market fund FIDXX in the scan and their bond index fund FBIDX. The employee portfolio has 8.9% of their money invested in company stock METR which had a small positive 5yr APR and their portfolio had a small negative return. There is not much more to say.
