Like many plans this one was hurt by company stock FO and 2008. The plan has no stable value fund but does have a money market fund FRTXX and that is where 67.8% of the money is in the Balanced portfolio. The employee portfolio has 4.1% of the plan in company stock. The plan trustee is Fidelity and they have an excellent stable value fund which would be a nice addition especially for those about to retire and retirees.
