This is an all Vanguard plan and has a very good stable value fund, the Vanguard Retirement Savings Trust. The Balanced portfolio has 71.2% of the plan invested in it and the rest in six other bond/treasury index funds. The employee portfolio is more diversified and has a positive 5yr return of 2%. Company stock, SII, is very volatile.
