This is a small plan but it has a stable value fund and the Balanced portfolio has 87.5% invested in that fund. It was represented in the scan by SVF.mfs and the only other fund with a positive 5yr Sharpe ratio, NSIUX, has the remaining 12.5% of the Balanced portfolio. Company stock, ALL, has not done well but that was where the employees had most of their money invested as of 12/31/2007.
